FEES

At N. PANAGIDOU LAW OFFICE we have a different approach to legal fees compared to the large traditional law firms. We offer flexible, transparent and tailored alternative fee arrangements based on the clients’ needs.

Our aim is to agree on financial arrangements that work both for us and each client. The range of fee charges will depend on the work to be done, volume, regularity of work and the complexity of the matter. The fee arangements will be agreed with you in advance and will be set out in our engagement letter or consulting agreement.

For cases and matters that are difficult to estimate the exact costs, we will provide comprehensive and realistic fee estimates and agree an amount which will not be exceeded unless you agree in writing.

Our fee arrangements to choose from include:

• Fixed fee
• Basis of percentage (on the deal or transaction)
• Hourly rate
• Legal subscription (for regular work on a monthly basis)
